Full-service projects include space planning, cabinetry design, material specification, lighting layouts, 3D renderings, and construction documentation as needed. We manage the design direction from concept through build-ready execution to ensure clarity and cohesion at every stage.
-
No. Our showroom is open for browsing and purchasing without hiring design services. You’re welcome to walk in, explore materials, and place orders directly. If you’d like dedicated time with a designer to guide selections or build a cohesive plan, that’s when a consultation or design service is booked.
-
A Material Consultation is ideal for clients who want confident direction without committing to full-service design. During your session, our team preselects and refines materials based on your budget, style, and project scope. You leave with coordinated selections and pricing that can be handed directly to your contractor.
-
Yes. Our showroom is central to our process. Most cabinetry, tile, flooring, and finish selections are sourced directly through The Lifestyle Lab. If a project requires a specialty item we don’t carry, we will thoughtfully specify it to maintain design integrity.
-
Absolutely. Builders, contractors, and partner designers regularly source materials through our showroom. We collaborate closely with trades to ensure selections are properly documented, quoted, and installation-ready. They also receive the best possible pricing on all TLL materials.
-
No. We don’t design within a single aesthetic box. Our approach is material-driven and tailored to each project’s architecture, environment, and client lifestyle. From modern to transitional to mountain or desert builds, the foundation remains the same: intentional materials and thoughtful execution.

The earlier, the better. Bringing us in during planning or pre-construction allows material decisions, layouts, and budgets to align before anything is ordered. Early coordination prevents costly revisions and ensures smoother installation timelines.
